SUPPORTING SCHOOLS & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

We partner with schools to design workshops that inspire and prepare the next generation for the future of work. From career readiness sessions and mentorship programs to digital literacy and soft skills training, we help young people unlock their potential. Our employees regularly volunteer their time to coach students on communication, teamwork, and leadership, empowering youth to enter the workforce with confidence.

  • In the UAE, we have conducted career preparation workshops at secondary schools in Abu Dhabi, introducing students to HR and leadership pathways. 

  • In Saudi Arabia, we partnered with a vocational training institute in Riyadh to deliver digital skills sessions and mentorship programs for university graduates entering the public sector.

ENGAGING WITH ELDERLY COMMUNITIES

We believe in honoring and caring for those who paved the way before us. In collaboration with elderly homes and community centers, our teams organize wellness days, cultural activities, and companionship programs to combat isolation and promote dignity. By creating intergenerational initiatives that connect youth with elders, we foster empathy, respect, and a stronger social fabric.

  • In the UAE, we worked with an elderly care center in Sharjah to run storytelling sessions where youth volunteers recorded elders’ life experiences, preserving cultural heritage while strengthening bonds between generations.
  • In Saudi Arabia, our employees in Jeddah partnered with a retirement home to host wellness and recreation activities, helping residents stay active and socially engaged.

EMPLOYEE-LED VOLUNTEERING

Through “Integra-Edge Cares,” employees can dedicate a portion of their time to causes they are passionate about — whether tutoring, fundraising, or volunteering in local initiatives.
